bs77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Where statutory consumer protection laws in Malaysia or applicable jurisdiction do not permit the exclusion of implied warranties, such exclusions apply only to the fullest extent permitted by law.
bs77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bs77 account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
